Xinyang Maojian, also known as Yu Mao Feng, is a famous specialty of Henan province. It is slender, round, smooth and straight and features lots of Pekoe, high fragrance, rich flavor and green soup. We recommend using porcelain gaiwan or glass cup to make Xinyang Maojian tea . Introduced a Chinese way of Gongfu: Portion quantity: 3g Water: 150ml with a temperature of about 80 ℃. 4 baths: rinse, 20s, 40s, 60s, 90s. The rinsing time is approximately 5 seconds.
